    www.diesel-fragrances.com ships via USPS and UPS to US addresses only. UPS Express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by our Premium shipping option. Such items will be noted in the shopping bag by the following text "Shipping restrictions apply to Alaska and Hawaii." We apologize for any inconvenience if this policy affects your order and thank you for understanding. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

    Standard Shipping
    Takes 4-8 business days* by USPS Ground and costs $5.00

    UPS Express Service - Next, Second and Third Day Shipping
    Next Day – takes 1-2 business days and costs $20.00 (arrives next business day if order placed before 10am EST Monday-Friday)
    2nd Day – takes 2-3 business days and costs $15.00
    3rd Day – takes 3-4 business days and costs $10.00

    *Standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses takes 8 - 12 business days.

    We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) Monday to Thursday and after 11:00AM EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day. Please note that for next day shipping orders must be placed before 10am Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before 10am on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

    To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Please include your order confirmation number in your email or have it available when you call.

    To change an order you have already placed, please contact a Diesel fragrances Customer Representative at 1.888.4U-DSLFR (1.888.483-7537) or email us at Customer Service and type “Can I change my order no. XXXX?” into the subject line. Please make sure to include your order confirmation number in the subject line or have it available when you call. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have any other concern, please contact a Diesel fragrances Customer Representative at 1.888.4U-DSLFR (1.888.483-7537) or email us at Customer Service. Please include your order confirmation number in your email or have it available when you call.

    Currently, www.diesel-fragrances.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

    Diesel fragrances can only ship to destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). Standard ground shipping only to PO Boxes.

    APO orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply.

    If you are not fully satisfied with your Diesel fragrances purchase, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase, for a full 100% refund.

    Customers who purchase products from the Diesel fragrances website may return them by mail. Please call 1.888.4U-DSLFR (1.888.483-7537) or email us at Customer Service for more details. Diesel fragrances products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.

    Please include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Diesel fragrance products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
